Responsibilities
1. Carry out full life cycle data product project management in accordance with company process specifications, including team formation, project planning, demand management, progress tracking, quality control, risk warning assessment, project closure and other project process management 2. Responsible for the coordination and organization of project resources, and good communication with all parties in the project to ensure that all stakeholders in the project team work together 3. Evaluate and analyze the risks existing in the project, conduct early warning of risks in a timely manner, and plan and promote risk prevention strategies 4. Sort out the customer's organizational structure, decision-making process, and industry digital capability status, formulate corresponding delivery strategies, and lead team members to implement them with customers to ensure successful project delivery 5. Provide customers with digital transformation services based on the company's products and strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with ToB enterprise service experience, more than 5 years of experience as a project manager or project leader, and more than 3 years of experience in data product delivery 2. Clear thinking, strong communication, organizational coordination and problem-solving skills, and the judgment and responsibility to deal with complex problems 3. Have good project management, customer relationship maintenance capabilities, and excellent communication skills, and be able to properly coordinate the cooperative relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams 4. Have good learning ability and be able to quickly understand the business 5. Have strong stress resistance, be able to handle multiple project work in parallel, and be able to withstand a certain degree of business travel or on-site work. Those with PMP, information system project manager, etc. certificates will be given priority 6. Those with experience in supporting projects in finance, retail, automobile and other industries will be given priority.
