Delivery Project Manager - Technical

Project Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in building Python / Pyspark data engineering solutions for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark.

Responsibilities:

- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
- RAID management of project
- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 10+ years of expertise as a Python developer or architect
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience in trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
