Delivery Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms for our clients. At Delta & Beta, we work with clients across travel, retail, and hospitality to design and deliver digital experiences that are fast, scalable, and built to last, spanning application development, business intelligence, solutions consulting, and customer success.

In this role, you'll be the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, working alongside engineers, designers, consultants, and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track and outcomes on target. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, bring calm and clarity to complex situations, and know how to build trust on both sides of the table.

What You'll Do

Delivery Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from kick-off through to production.
• Coordinate planning, resource allocation, and workstream management across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and solutions consulting.
• Identify key milestones, dependencies, and risks early, and develop mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
• Manage scope, budgets, and contracts, ensuring outcomes are achievable and changes are handled through robust change management practices.
• Maintain quality standards, manage escalations, and drive recovery plans where needed.

Client Engagement

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring proactive communication and clear alignment on delivery expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for client queries and issues, guiding your team to resolve challenges effectively.
• Define and track KPIs that tie delivery outcomes to client business goals.
• Prepare and communicate detailed status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand engagement scope off the back of successful delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience delivering digital products, platforms, or services across the full development lifecycle.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery models, with hands-on experience running Scrum, or scaled Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear, confident communicator who can move fluidly between technical teams and client-facing conversations.
• Experience in travel, retail, hospitality, or adjacent consumer-facing industries is a strong plus.
• What Would Make You Stand Out
• Background delivering experience platforms, CMS, or headless content solutions.
• Exposure to commerce, CRM, CDP, loyalty, or MarTech implementations.
• Experience supporting or leading platform modernisation or cloud migration programmes.
