Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in managing the regional collision repair and roadside assistance provider network, including provider onboarding, performance tracking, and day-to-day issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with authorized body shops and roadside assistance providers to ensure consistent high-quality service and prompt response times.

Monitor key performance indicators using data analytics tools, such as repair quality, response times, customer satisfaction scores, and utilization rates.

Conduct regular audits on team work orders, repair techniques, and repair estimates to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with Tesla standards.

Perform on-site factory audits and workshop safety inspections to verify operational safety, facility conditions, and adherence to industry best practices.

Contribute to Taiwan market expansion projects, including operational setup, regulatory compliance support, and provider recruitment (while also supporting Thailand and other growth markets).

Assist in contract negotiations, budget monitoring, and ensuring full compliance with Tesla safety standards and local industry regulations.

Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements that boost efficiency and customer experience.

Stay current with industry trends in collision repair, roadside assistance, and electric vehicle service networks.

Coordinate training programs and best-practice sharing sessions for service providers.

Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in supplier management, automotive operations, collision repair network management, roadside assistance, logistics, or customer service in the automotive sector.

Solid knowledge of collision business workflows, parts supply chain, and roadside assistance operations.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with external service providers.

Strong analytical mindset with proven experience using data to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Excellent organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners and internal teams.

Experience in contract support, budgeting, and regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM or network management platforms.

Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

任職資格與技能要求
具備 2–5 年供應商管理與汽車營運、碰撞維修網路管理、道路救援、物流或汽車業客戶服務相關經驗。

熟悉碰撞維修業務流程、零件供應鏈及道路救援營運。

具備與外部服務供應商建立及維護良好關係的能力。

分析能力強,能善用數據監控績效並推動改善。

優秀的組織與專案協調能力,能在快節奏的環境中同時處理多項工作。

溝通表達能力佳,能有效與合作夥伴及內部團隊互動。

具備合約支援、預算管理及法規遵循經驗者為佳。

熟練使用 Microsoft Office(特別是 Excel 與 PowerPoint),並熟悉 CRM 或網路管理系統。

願意依需求進行區域出差。

大學學士學位,主修企業管理、營運管理、供應鏈、汽車科技或相關領域。
