Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of hardware/software of server operation and maintenance, online troubleshooting, troubleshooting and diagnosis and analysis of difficult problems 2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance evaluation, monitoring, tuning, diagnosis, hardware performance optimization and tool development of server product forms 3. Responsible for problem handling and control progress during the operation and maintenance service process, and continuous optimization of project implementation and after-sales service work 4. Responsible for the process optimization and governance of the equipment life cycle, and complete the risk control and guarantee of the online promotion process of the product 5. Responsible for resource delivery, equipment operation and maintenance, supplier and IDC data center IT management, and continue to improve the formulation of standard process specifications 6. Responsible for product management of the service life cycle, operation and maintenance feasibility assessment, and operation and maintenance quality risk control of the product cycle.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in using Linux systems, with scripting languages such as Python, deployment development and testing environments 2. Applicants who are proficient in X86 server hardware components/subsystems CPU, Disk, Memory PSU and other verification solutions are preferred 3. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and have good team communication and collaboration skills 4. Be familiar with network-related knowledge and understand the configuration planning of related network equipment, such as switches, firewalls, etc. 5. Be familiar with automated operation and maintenance technology, and be able to make full use of automated operation and maintenance to improve work efficiency 6. Strong learning ability and broad technical interests strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work.
