Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the quality management of the entire construction and delivery process of the customized leasing data center 2. Responsible for organizing regular project quality inspections, participating in project quality acceptance work, promptly identifying potential quality risks, proposing targeted rectification measures and supervising their implementation 3. Responsible for organizing the optimization of the quality management system, including quality management standards and processes, construction process standards, quality management quantification systems, project quality problem analysis and optimization, to improve project quality 4. Collaborate with design, operation and maintenance, and suppliers to solve quality problems that arise during the construction process and promote the smooth progress of the project 5. Continuously optimize data center quality management standard processes, specifications, and tools, and continuously improve project quality management capabilities 6. Participate in the review of drawings, materials, equipment plans, process practices, etc., to reduce the incidence of quality problems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical, HVAC, communications, project management and other related majors 2. Familiar with data center construction specifications, with more than 1 year of experience in building a project construction quality management system, such as standardized process construction, quality management tool preparation, etc. 3. Proficient in using quality management tools and methods, such as PDCA cycle, Six Sigma, etc., with strong data analysis and problem solving capabilities 4. Those who are familiar with the entire process of data center construction and engaged in construction quality-related work will be given priority. Those with a background in data center construction project management and those familiar with leasing customized project management will be given priority 5. Have excellent self-motivation, strong execution and responsibility, good cross-team communication skills and stress resistance 6. Good English proficiency and the ability to use it as a working language will be given priority.
