Responsibilities
1. Responsible for stability-related R&D activities such as overall database product line stability planning and stability construction technical solution output 2. Identify database product line issues and risks, provide proprietary guidance on system architecture, deployment architecture, R&D process, change process, operation and maintenance efficiency and accuracy, and continue to improve the stability of relational databases, NoSQL, database ecological tools, hybrid cloud, etc. 3. Responsible for major events and customer protection, and complete the construction of database re-insurance capabilities 4. Guide the construction of the database stability platform, including but not limited to general capability directions such as visualization, operability and maintenance, and intelligence 5. Master the technological progress in the database field and proprietary experience in stability construction, and promote innovation in database stability architecture.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, five years or more of work experience in related fields 2. Familiar with the Linux operating system, proficient in at least one program development language in Go/Python/Java 3. Experience in product, platform design and implementation in the field of large-scale Internet infrastructure, including but not limited to databases, storage, computing, networks, operation and maintenance platforms, etc. 4. Have experience in architecture design and code development, and be able to guide students in the team on technology and product design. Priority will be given to those who meet one of the following conditions: 1. Have participated in the stability research and development of database or instance-based and service-related products 2. Have experience in AI4DB or platform-related R&D implementation.
