Database Practice Specialist, Oracle, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in the enterprise software or cloud space.
• Experience with Oracle database, Oracle technology products, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with one or more open source database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or professional consulting in data and information life cycle management, translating customer business needs into cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with Oracle data migration strategies and in moving large-scale production systems either in on-premise/data center environments or migration to cloud scenarios.
• Experience with data management architectures, including performant and scalable architectures, security, monitoring, and database management, particularly from an Oracle perspective.
• Knowledge of Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA), cloud-based high availability architectures, and Oracle database performance tuning.
