Responsibilities
1. Opportunity discovery: In-depth understanding of the business, through qualitative and quantitative analysis of key business issues, put forward optimization suggestions and solutions, and find growth points for the business 2. Indicator construction: Starting from the value path, sort out and build the core business indicator system, help the business clarify the core revenue path, and guide strategic iteration 3. Drive improvements: Based on experimental analysis, causal inference and other means, put forward suggestions for improvement in strategy optimization, increase strategic returns, and optimize execution efficiency 4. Optimize decision-making: Participate in key decisions that determine the future development direction of the platform, and provide guarantees for the innovation and sustainable development of the platform through efficient and scientific decision-making by the data-driven team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in quantitative analysis related majors such as mathematics/statistics/operations research/data science/computer/economics/business analysis, master degree or above is preferred 2. Solid mathematical statistics foundation, proficiency in statistics, causal inference, machine learning, big data and other fields of theory, understanding of the basic principles of recommendation algorithms 3. Proficient in SQL and familiar with one or more tools in Python/R 4. Rigorous logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems, good communication and collaboration skills, and enthusiastic about challenges.
