About The Role
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis
- Develop A/B testing framework for continuous training and deployment.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering departments to understand company needs and devise possible solutions
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Build machine learning models as well as an end-to-end machine learning pipeline to understand, identify and predict users behaviors across their entire shopping journey and apply different data driven and AI methods to solve problems, such as recommendation, demand forecasting, customer life value prediction, etc.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations and to translate business objectives into marketing goals and measurements.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3-7 years experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL or R
- Familiar with machine learning libraries, such as sklearn, tensorflow/pytorch, etc.
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (deep learning, tree-based models, unsupervised learning, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Experience in designing and implementing MLOps systems using emerging technology.
