Responsibilities
1. Collect, understand, and abstract industry customer needs, explore new business models, and formulate high-quality product plans 2. Maintain in-depth collaboration with the growth marketing suite product and solution team to promote the implementation of new business models in finance, automobiles, pan-Internet, general and other industries 3. Responsible for the design and innovation of relevant functions of the marketing platform, and formulating reasonable iteration rhythm and version plans 4. Income-oriented, keep an eye on the market development direction, group dynamics, and new business models, and coordinate with relevant parties to promote the expansion of product commercialization.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more working experience in ToB products/marketing products. Applicants with GTM experience in commercial products or data products (user portrait platform, automated marketing platform, user behavior analysis platform) are preferred. Applicants with 0-1 incubation experience are preferred 2. Have good communication and expression, cooperation promotion and resource integration capabilities, have entrepreneurial awareness, be able to deal with complex cooperative relationships, and be able to work closely with the sales team, solutions, group ecology, and technical teams 3. Be smart and resilient, have good logical thinking and data sensitivity, have good research and analysis capabilities, have a certain understanding of the direction of business realization and maintain long-term insights.
