Welcome to join us! 1. Responsible for building and maintaining business data portals, optimizing data boards, and continuously improving the data acquisition efficiency of business teams 2. Manage core data assets such as Hive tables, data sets, Libra indicator groups, etc., dominate the formulation and maintenance of data standards (name/definition/calculation caliber), collaborate with data BP and Libra team to ensure data consistency and reduce collaboration friction 3. Formulate full process specifications for product research and development (such as point design, QA test, AB experimental process), and establish data BP and Libra. The team's efficient collaboration mechanism 4. Design and implement the data permission approval process and regularly audit permission compliance 5. Improve the business party's data product usage capabilities through training and case sharing.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, statistics/computer/information systems related majors 2. More than 3 years of data operation/analysis experience, familiar with Hive/SQL/Python 3. Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau/QuickBI, etc.), and those with experience in data portal construction are preferred 4. Excellent cross-department communication skills, data BP collaboration experience 5. Deep understanding of data production processes such as buried point design, AB testing.
