- As a PM and technical leader to work with users and IT teams to gather requirements, plan and manage required tasks and solve problems.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Identify trends and opportunities through analysis of complex datasets.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Support business units with ad-hoc analyses and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, product, engineering, marketing) to define data requirements.
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain IT services for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Support Moxa to develop data governance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
- As a trainer to develop IT team members data analyst skills.

- Education: bachelor or above
- Major Subject:Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Technology or relevant major subjects.
- Key Skills: 8 + years of data analysis experience. 5 + years of AWS cloud platform experience. 3 + years of project management experience. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling. Strong problem-solving, systematic thinking, and communication skills. Knowledge of data governance. Knowledge of machine learning concepts. Capability is self-learning new technologies and leverage new tools to improve productivity.
