Data Engineer

1. Proven hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics/Data Engineering role, supporting Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain analytics use cases.
2. Drive end-to-end data engineering initiatives, including data integration, ETL development, data modeling, and the maintenance of high-quality, consistent data across multiple source systems.
3. Ability to quickly understand existing architectures, identify data gaps, and propose practical, scalable solutions.
4. Comfortable working with ambiguous business requirements and proactively driving clarification and improvement.
5. Demonstrates a strong growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and continuously improving both technical skills and solution quality.
6. Demonstrate strong ownership and responsiveness in ensuring system stability.

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics/Data Engineering role
• Strong experience in data integration, ETL development, data modeling, Databrick and ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple source systems
• SQL Server BI Technologies, including SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI. Ability to support analytics beyond pure report building.
• Databricks and CDC pipeline (Qlik Replicate) monitoring and troubleshooting.

Good-to-Have

• Experience working in AWS cloud environments.
