We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer / Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and support data-driven decision making.
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality.
Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and pipelines.
Implement and maintain data storage solutions such as data lakes and warehouses.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries and data models.
Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering and data science to apply best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3-13 years of experience in data engineering or data science roles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
