Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Data Consultant specializing in Data Governance, you will design, implement, and maintain data governance and data management processes for clients. This role requires a foundational understanding of data governance technologies for data quality and metadata management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design Data Governance Processes: Design and implement data governance processes, including conducting stakeholder analysis, developing communication plans, and executing communications to ensure effective data management.
- Develop Metadata Management Repositories: Create metadata management repositories to capture business and data quality rules, and design data quality reports and dashboards to monitor and report on data quality.
- Implement Data Quality Rules: Collaborate with technical resources to implement data quality rules and automate monitoring and reporting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate Issue Resolution: Operate issue tracking processes and facilitate resolution with clients to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Develop Data Quality Reports: Design and develop data quality reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
