Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the test and acceptance management of ByteDance's self-built new data center, collaborate with design, construction and other teams, lead the completion of computer room test verification, problem rectification, complete computer room testing with high quality and efficiency, and ensure the stability of computer room operation and maintenance 2. Responsible for the test and acceptance management of ByteDance's rental data center, collaborate with ByteDance's internal design, delivery and other teams, lead the organization of computer room suppliers to complete computer room testing and problem rectification with high quality and efficiency, and ensure the stability of computer room operation and maintenance 3. Based on the computer room operation and maintenance needs, taking into account delivery efficiency, collaborate with design, delivery, operation and maintenance and other teams to build and iterate the computer room testing system to ensure the quality and efficiency of computer room testing 4. Collaborate with technology, construction and other teams to promote the rectification of key technologies and construction quality issues and the iteration of technical standards during the testing process, and continue to iterate technical standards such as computer room technology, construction processes, and testing 5. Improve the computer room service capabilities and support platform-based iteration of the test system and the implementation of online work 6. Participate in technical support related to the operation and maintenance of other computer rooms within ByteDance.
Qualifications
1. Have a solid professional foundation in electrical, HVAC, automation and other related majors, and be familiar with the working principles, processes and main fault risks and treatment methods of electrical, HVAC, weak current and other professional equipment and systems in the operation and maintenance phase of the data center 2. Understand the basic requirements and content related to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of domestic data centers, be familiar with the main work of each stage in the entire life cycle of the data center, master the work content of the data center testing phase, and have rich experience in test organization and management 3. More than 5 years of experience in data center operation and maintenance or testing, and have certain team management capabilities 4. Have good communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and teamwork spirit, and have good problem analysis and disassembly capabilities 5. Be able to independently complete and lead work related to computer room testing, have good working document writing habits, and promptly write and update work processes and technical documents as required 6. Understand cutting-edge technologies and products in the data center industry, have a broad vision, and have strong learning ability.
