Data Center Solution Manager _ Taiwan Region(Taipei)

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Solution Architecture: Design data center infrastructure solutions, including power and mechanical systems, cooling, and monitoring. Evaluate feasibility and define technical specifications.
2. Customer Engagement: Work with key customers and strategic partners to understand their technical needs and translate them into product development or system integration requirements.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product Integration, Project Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution from design and quotation to delivery.
4. Technology and Market Analysis: Track global data center trends, including AI-driven power demands and liquid cooling technologies. Analyze competitors and improve the company's solution portfolio.
5. Technical Proposals: Lead the preparation of technical proposals, compliance documents, and solution designs for major projects.
6. Technical Sales Leadership: Lead the Technical Sales team and support business units in reviewing customer RFPs, RFQs, and technical specifications.
7. Project Management: Lead the Project Management (PJM/PJA) team to oversee project delivery, schedules, engineering changes, material risks, and EHS compliance.
8. Supplier Management: Evaluate, select, and develop long-term partnerships with qualified suppliers and contractors.
9. Team Leadership and Development: Manage solution architects, technical sales engineers, project managers (PJM), and project assistants (PJA). Develop key talent and strengthen the team's technical and project execution capabilities.
10. Process Improvement: Establish cross-team collaboration processes, cost estimation tools, and project review practices.

【Education & Experience】

1. Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, HVAC, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. 8–10+ years of experience in data centers, high-tech facility engineering, EPC projects, servers, or cooling systems.
3. At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture, technical sales team management, or technical leadership of large-scale projects.
4. Experience in data center construction for major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) or international projects is preferred.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Uptime Institute certifications, such as ATD (Accredited Tier Designer) or ATS (Accredited Tier Specialist), are preferred.
2. CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional), PMP, or relevant engineering certifications are a plus.
3. Hands-on experience in AI data centers or high-density computing facilities.
4. Familiarity with ESG standards, sustainable development, and green data center practices.
