Responsibilities
1. Server resource delivery operations: Based on rolling forecasts of business needs and demand changes, coordinate relevant teams to formulate delivery plans based on IDC resource supply, and timely follow up and feedback on demand delivery progress to ensure end-to-end delivery of ByteDance infrastructure hardware equipment 2. Server resource demand analysis: Undertake ByteDance server resource needs, analyze change trends based on demand data, explore reasons for changes, and formulate future demand forecasts accordingly 3. End-to-end platform planning: Based on the practical experience of supply and demand delivery, put forward effective and feasible platform demand suggestions to drive the continuous optimization and iteration of the end-to-end platform 4. Collaboration mechanism and process operation: Operate the existing S&OP, medium and long-term Forecast mechanism, and based on ByteDance's different resource development stages, continue to optimize the collaboration mechanism to improve the supply elasticity and risk resistance of ByteDance infrastructure hardware equipment 5. Assist departments to complete other tasks at the same time.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics engineering/supply chain management/statistics/computer science/management science and engineering, etc., more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the supply chain field 2. Candidates with experience in Internet resource management such as data center servers, network equipment supply and demand, or supply chain information system construction and implementation experience are preferred 3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, execution and communication and coordination skills, have a team spirit, be organized, have strong self-motivation, and have strong pressure resistance 4. Be proficient in using Office software, be sensitive to numbers, and have strong data collection, sorting and analysis skills 5. Be proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and use English as a working language.
