Data Center Project Assistant | GMI Cloud (Taipei)
GMI Cloud is an NVIDIA Reference Cloud Partner operating GPU clusters across Taipei, Thailand, and Dallas. We are hiring a Data Center Project Assistant to support our fast-growing infrastructure team in Taipei.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support data center projects, administrative workflows, and operational coordination — covering progress tracking, document and asset management, RMA status tracking, reimbursement processes, and cross-functional coordination that keeps daily operations and project execution running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Track data center related projects and action items
- Support reimbursement, procurement, and related administrative processes
- Support asset management — asset records, inventory tracking, and equipment movement
- Track RMA status, consolidate data, and produce reports
- Manage contracts, quotations, documents, and records
- Maintain reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Coordinate administrative and scheduling activities with internal teams, PMs, and vendors
- Support meeting arrangements, maintenance scheduling, and related administrative activities
- Support daily operational coordination and documentation for the team
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Chinese and basic English communication capability
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in data center, IT, or technology related industries
- Familiarity with Asana, ticketing systems, or work tracking platforms
- Experience with asset management, RMA, or procurement processes
- Experience with document management or contract administration
