As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different teams to align the data framework with the overall application needs, ensuring that the data infrastructure supports both current and future business objectives effectively.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for designing scalable data systems.
• Experience with data storage solutions and integration methods to support complex application environments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data flows to improve system performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with data governance and security standards to ensure compliance and data integrity.
