Responsibilities
Team introduction: TikTok is an international short video platform covering 150 countries and regions. We hope to discover real and interesting moments through TikTok to make life better. TikTok has offices around the world, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, as well as offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. The TikTok user growth team explores product growth potential and uses technology to drive user growth. The team not only implements user growth methodology in the product and continues to consolidate growth capabilities, but is also exploring TikTok's multi-modal product ecology to leverage the rapid growth of user scale. We will stay extremely close to the business, explore user growth methodologies with students in product and operations, and continue to consolidate business growth capabilities. Let's conduct insight analysis through data performance in the business to find business opportunities, analyze different business needs around different growth business models, and carry out technical design and implementation. We will also optimize and upgrade our architecture and systems from a technical perspective, make purely technical transformations, and use technology to drive business development and changes. 1. Understand the business in depth, analyze data, locate problems, formulate delivery strategies, and improve delivery effects 2. Work closely with upstream and downstream to build an indicator system for product growth, and use data to drive business growth 3. Combine the understanding of the business and business analysis methods, abstract and precipitate business growth models, and improve online core indicators 4. For each product's growth mode, estimate the potential, design indicators, pay attention to data during the process, discover problems, iterate strategies, and summarize the effect indicators.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with various data statistics methods, with strong data acquisition ability, able to analyze existing data to find problems 2. Strong business understanding ability, able to quickly carry out analysis work 3. Strong logical analysis ability, able to use existing data to estimate future or other uncertain issues, and be able to design multiple indicators to verify each other.
