Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the data analysis, indicator system construction, business iteration analysis and AB experimental analysis of the international payment business 2. Through basic data construction, the business status of the international payment business can be clearly and completely described 3. Through special data analysis, data insights and optimization iteration suggestions are formed, and data drives the development of the international payment business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in statistics, mathematics, computer and other related majors 2. Proficient in using language tools such as SQL/Hive/Python/Spark for data analysis 3. Solid theoretical and technical foundations such as statistics and data mining, proficiency in mathematical tools such as causal inference, statistics and probability theory, and familiarity with data mining/machine learning model algorithms such as cluster analysis, correlation analysis, logistic regression, and decision trees 4. Have strong logical thinking ability, be sensitive to data, have strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, have good product awareness, have independent thinking and insight into products and data, and have strong data-driven awareness 5. Have strong learning ability, have a strong thirst for knowledge and enterprising spirit, and actively pay attention to learning the latest technology in the industry in a timely manner 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, have good communication and expression skills, be positive and optimistic, and have good teamwork skills 7. Applicants with relevant data work experience and industry experience in payment, finance, credit and other fields are preferred.
