Responsibilities
1. Responsible for data monitoring in the direction of e-commerce experience, building an experience business indicator system, forming a systematic daily performance tracking mechanism, and promoting the construction of relevant data infrastructure 2. In-depth customer perspective, fully understanding the functions and goals of e-commerce experience, and participating in the design and optimization of product-related functions and strategies 3. Actively discover problems and business pain points, independently undertake research and insight topics on experience, put forward business suggestions that can be implemented in the short, medium and long term, and help improve business efficiency and increase revenue.
Qualifications
1. Applicants with more than 1 year of data analysis work experience, experience in e-commerce experience analysis are preferred, and those majoring in computer science, statistics, mathematics, and economics are preferred 2. Have the knowledge framework to build a data indicator system, and have experience in building an indicator system master basic data analysis methods, have some experience in implementing data into business, and have the ability to write professional analysis reports 3. Be proficient in using Excel, SQL, Hive, and be proficient in using at least one data visualization analysis tool. Candidates who are good at R and Python are preferred 4. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong coordination and promotion ability, and the ability to think deeply.
