The Data Analyst (Commercial Analytics) is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to generate insights on key commercial KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making. This role contributes to establishing a single source of truth (SSOT) for commercial leaders and managers, while also supporting broader marketing intelligence requirements.

This position reports to the Global Strategy Manager and is part of the Marketing department located in Benoi, Singaporeand will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards across key commercial metrics (e.g. funnel vs target, sales performance, win-loss)
• Perform ongoing data maintenance, validation, and enhancements to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support analytics related to commercial management processes, including funnel quality, cadence, and execution discipline
• Support marketing intelligence, including analysis of campaigns, customer segments, and performance benchmarks vs market
• Utilize BI tools and AI agents to build, refine, and improve dashboards and reporting
• Work with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into simple, effective dashboards
• Identify data gaps,inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve reporting logic

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• Min 3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, basic analysis)
• Basic exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
