Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. We are responsible for establishing and maintaining a secure environment across all business units, leveraging a wide array of technologies and practices. This role is crucial for designing and integrating robust security into our complex environment. It emphasizes strategic thinking, technical depth, and collaboration, which are vital for a team of our size and scope.
The Cybersecurity Solution Architect will be a technical leader within our Information Security team, responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of secure architecture for our enterprise-wide systems, applications, and infrastructure.

4. Threat Modelling & Risk Assessment

Job Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
2. 15 years of IT or cybersecurity experience, with 8 years of progressive experience specifically in cybersecurity and a strong focus on security architecture and engineering.
3. Proven ability to design and implement robust security defence architectures.
4. In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and associated security best practices.
5. Demonstrated expertise in AI security architectures and their application.
6. Proven technical leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding complex security projects or teams.
7. CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) with an Architecture specialization.
8. Fluent in English, with excellent business writing and communication skills.
