Cybersecurity Professional (IT & OT Security)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Professional to strengthen our global cybersecurity capabilities across HQ and international sites. This role will lead cybersecurity initiatives from strategy and architecture through implementation and continuous improvement, while collaborating with global IT and business teams to manage security risks and enhance security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from architecture, planning and design to implementation, testing and deployment. Independently lead cybersecurity initiatives as an Individual Contributor, taking ownership of project execution and results.

2. Develop and implement cybersecurity solutions across HQ, regional and global sites.

3. Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, network, application and business teams to implement and continuously improve security controls. Identify security risks and drive remediation, optimization and continuous improvement.

4. Support global cybersecurity standards, architecture and technology roadmap development.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Engineering or related fields.

2. 5–8 years of cybersecurity security experience.

3. Strong combination of cybersecurity strategy, architecture and hands-on implementation experience.

4. Proven experience independently driving projects from planning through execution and rollout. 5. Experience implementing cybersecurity initiatives across regional or global sites.

6. Background in technology, electronics, semiconductor or industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.

7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

8. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are a plus.

9. Hands-on experience of conducting penetration test, vulnerability scan, and code review.

10. Familiar with SIEM, XDR/EDR, and SOC management.
