Cybersecurity Manager (Governance, Risk and Compliance)

Brief Summary

A skilled cybersecurity professional is sought to lead governance and compliance initiatives, enhancing the reliability of services within the infocomm and media sector in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to relevant government regulations and perform compliance reviews of cybersecurity-related audit reports. Monitor, validate, and engage with ICM operators to address any identified compliance gaps. Collaborate with various divisions to implement the cybersecurity framework for applicable licensees work with auditors to guarantee report completeness and assess compliance with required standards. Produce reports on cybersecurity metrics and monitor Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, technical audit, or GRC roles. Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management frameworks and standards, such as NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27002, along with best practices in vulnerability management and security incident response. Familiarity with various cloud environments and associated security controls. Proven communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively under pressure. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSP are advantageous. Prior experience with a comprehensive understanding of the ICM environment and its associated risks is beneficial.
