Responsibilities
Team introduction: Data-e-commerce-platform governance algorithm team, through optimization algorithms and cooperation with business teams, conducts comprehensive quality and ecological governance of Byte's e-commerce products, including combating risks, violations and low-quality issues, as well as the construction and optimization of a healthy e-commerce ecosystem, maximizing the effect of platform governance and improving governance efficiency. Job description: 1. Based on NLP/CV/multi-modal and other technologies, combined with business characteristics, design algorithm systems to identify risks and ecological issues in various entities in the e-commerce field (commodities/short videos with goods & live broadcasts, etc.), solve risks and optimize the ecosystem through auditing, flow control, account disposal and other means 2. Deeply cultivate NLP/CV/multi-modal and large model technologies to create an outstanding intelligent audit system in the industry to control risks while reducing costs 3. Responsible for the team's short-term and long-term technical planning, improving system scalability and demand iteration efficiency 4. Forming in-depth collaboration with products/operations to improve the forward-lookingness of the system and achieving business goals 5. Responsible for the establishment of technical echelon, talent training and team building.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors 2. Have a solid foundation in algorithms and experience in the design and implementation of large-scale algorithm systems 3. Be familiar with at least 1-2 fields in NLP/CV/multimodality 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to go deep into business, dismantle business problems, and transform them into effective technical solutions 5. Have good teamwork spirit and strong communication skills, and work together to explore and promote the implementation of new technologies 6. Applicants with management experience are preferred, and those with e-commerce business experience are preferred.
