Job Description

Do you work in a structured manner, are you reliable and ensure that our customers always receive the best possible support Then join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.

At the earliest possible date we are looking for

  • Support daily Scanner field issues recovery on Scanner tools.
  • Support tool upgrade, modification and new tool installation.
  • Candidate is required to support 7x24 on call in a regular basis.
  • Upon request, candidate may need to support a working shift style of task in a defined period.
  • Mechanical or Electrical engineering background is referred.
  • With related exposure tool experience is a plus; otherwise, the person should be comfortable for hands-on troubleshooting for mechanical adjustment and electrical components.
