In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for
- Tool installation and service support based in Tainan office but not limited to work in Tainan area.
- Preventive maintenance on Photo-Mask Equipment.
- Participate on service review meetings at customer site.
- On-call duty at night and weekend is required on rotary base.
- Windows operation system skill is required for tool software update.
- Obligate to learn new products and training on new tool abroad.
- Assistance in application and sales to promote SUSS products.
- Other service task assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in semiconductor equipment repair (cleaning equipment) is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
