In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for
- Field support to customers in Taiwan
- Support systems or machines of SUSS products; main task is related to hardware but might involve software & process troubleshooting in some occasions
- On a rotary basis, required for on-call duty
- Obligate to learn new products through daily work and training events; required to attend training events upon arrangement
- Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts
- Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement
- Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems
- Assist in application and sales to promote SUSS products toward customers
- Other services assigned by management
- 1. Working experience is required 4-5 years or above; experienced in Coat & Bond or semiconductor is plus
- 2. Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is plus
- 3. Major in Electricity Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related
- 4. Language-English skill is required A2 at least; Language -German is plus
