Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Success Team Lead to lead and grow our Taiwan-based CS team while supporting close regional markets including HK, SG, and MY. This is a people manager role with full ownership of both team and individual performance. You will lead 58 Customer Success Managers/Executives, own retention and upsell targets, and act as a senior point of contact for key accounts.
This role is not a pure CS/operations role and not a pure sales role. At Partipost, Customer Success combines:
- Account management and revenue retention
- Proactive client engagement and upsell
- Campaign delivery oversight and execution quality
You will be expected to balance commercial ownership, team leadership, and execution excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
People Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 58 Customer Success Managers/Executives
- Set clear performance expectations across revenue, client satisfaction, and campaign execution.
- Build a high-accountability, high-ownership CS culture with strong collaboration across functions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability building as the team scales.
Revenue Ownership & Account Growth
- Own individual and team-level retention, renewal, and upsell targets.
- Act as a senior account manager for key and strategic clients across TW and regional markets.
- Drive proactive account planning, opportunity identification, and long-term client value creation.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure smooth handovers, expansion opportunities, and revenue continuity.
Customer Success & Campaign Delivery Oversight
- Oversee campaign execution quality, fulfillment rate, and delivery timelines across the team.
- Act as the escalation point for complex client or delivery issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- While not required to be an expert in influencer campaign fulfillment, you must be hands-on, curious, and willing to dive into operations with your team when needed.
- Continuously improve CS processes to balance scale, quality, and speed.
Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Regional CS leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations teams across TW, HK, SG, and MY.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to influence product improvements and go-to-market strategies.
- Help standardize CS best practices while adapting to local market realities.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, media, or platform businesses.
- Proven people manager with experience leading and developing a team.
- Strong account management and commercial mindset. Comfortable owning revenue, retention, and upsell targets.
- Able to balance strategy and execution. You think big, but you're also willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Not a pure sales profile, but commercially sharp and client-obsessed.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, fast change, and startup environments.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin required for Taiwan market.
