Client: Tobacco International Project
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer enquiries
- Provide support via Live Chat and Email
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
Working Hours
5 working days per week (Rotational Shift)
Shift timings:
- Earliest: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Latest: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to RM7,500
Language Allowance: RM300
Housing Allowance: RM600
We're Looking For
Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin
Passionate about customer service
Comfortable supporting customers through live chat and email
Willing to work rotational shifts
