Responsible for property handover and aftersales service
Assist in handling complaints and customer enquiries
Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill operational needs
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
HKDSE or above
Relevant experience in property handover and real estate aftersales services is preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
Good communication skill with good telephone manner
On-site co-ordination works is required
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Services Officer
