The applicant must possess
- Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKDSE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKCEE or equivalent
- a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience in customer service or guestreception in sizable companiesIorganisation
- good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- well-presented, mature and self-motivated attitude and
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing.

Duties include
- to answer enquiries, take messages and receive visitors at the reception counter
- to handle all incoming and outgoing mails and conferenceImeeting room bookings andlogistics
- to coordinate with carpool service bookings
- to provide assistance in handling administration duties and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
