Customer Service Specialist

Responsible for managing end-to-end order processing and fulfillment for semiconductor products. This role ensures accuracy and compliance throughout the order lifecycle, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives timely delivery and data integrity. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic global supply chain environment.

Process customer orders in company systems (e.g., Oracle), ensuring adherence to policies, contractual terms, and timelines.

Provide proactive and accurate updates on order status, supply constraints, and issue resolution.

Build and maintain professional relationships with customer contacts and internal teams, including Account, IT, and Support.

Address and resolve complaints, returns, and invoice discrepancies by clarifying requirements and coordinating solutions.

Lead initiatives to improve order management processes and optimize system performance.
