Job Description

Summary

The role involves supporting the Sales Director in Taiwan and the Customer Service Manager in Hong Kong for ensuring timely and efficient customer deliveries that uphold high levels of satisfaction. It requires adherence to Belimo's Mission and Values and align with compliance with both company and legal regulations regarding safety and quality standards in the workplace. This position is based in the Belimo Taiwan office.

What You'll Do

  • Process and manage customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff in various subsidiaries (Hong Kong, Americas, Switzerland etc.) to ensure timely packaging and shipment of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with sales and customers to resolve order-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for all orders and shipments.
  • Analyze and report data related to sales orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate and manage forecasting of order book conversion.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Who You Are

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in order fulfillment, procurement, logistics or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing enviromnet with sizable organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers, sales teams and logistics teams in English and Chinese.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Familiar with SAP and other relevant tools for tracking, processing, and delivering sales orders.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
