Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full order process for Costco Hearing Centers in Taiwan, including order entry, order tracking, and invoicing.
- Serve as the key contact for customers during the ordering process and provide regular updates on order status.
- Coordinate and handle highly individualized product orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process product returns and repair requests, and follow up with relevant internal teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and improved lead times.
- Coordinate with the internal finance team to manage payment bookings and related documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders and provide timely support.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager when necessary.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 35 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Operations.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a proactive service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Costco or large retail channels is highly preferred.
- Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
