Job Purpose
Providing premier service to customers and act as the interface with other departments as well as contact with divisions worldwide.
MAIN DUTIES
- Quotation / order entry / delivery instruction / special issues
- To communicate with salesmen / customers and divisions worldwide
Key Accountabilities
- Process customer orders/ inquiries according to established department policies / procedures after confirming the stock availability, communicate with customer on relevant information.
- Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.
- Prioritize delivery schedules based on customers delivery requirements and stock availability
- Customer claims handling and open orders delivery follow up, and coordinate with logistics and finance personnel as well as sales team to provide premier customer experience
- Track feedback from transportation or warehousing service providers/ suppliers/ carriers/ logistics etc. to ensure timely order delivery.
- Coordinate with regional or global colleagues on project implementation
- Collect, document and consolidate customers voice, feedback according to defined procedures/system.
- Prepare quotations and support sales force in daily operation to win orders
Jobholder Requirements
- At least 5 years + experience in customer service
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good command of English, analytical, quantitative and PC skills
- Mature, Detail Oriented, Sense of responsibility, urgency and ownership
- Curious to learn, passionate for excellence, eager to help and patient to listen
