Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for a new challenge For our location Taipei we are looking for a(n) Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurate customer master data input and maintenance in system (SAP)
  • Timely order entry and order revision
  • Timely order confirmation to customers
  • Timely informing customers order status and delivery schedule (order tracking)
  • Leading internal standard order processing
  • Complete order filing in compliance with company's requirement
  • Acting as the contact window for customers
  • Getting Sales Manager acquainted with the order processing procedure, production/delivery lead time, etc.
  • Monitoring payment status, credit limit control, following up overdue payment and timely involving Sales Managers for serious overdue case.
  • Taking the lead in the complaints regarding delivery delay or transportation damage, and taking actions (return / credit note/ replacement/etc) as per business team's decision for quality complaints
  • E-business implementation
  • Following up company's policy regarding order processing
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception, mail handling, meeting rooms, facilities, and supplies.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, vendor/contract coordination, and support sample import/export activities.
  • Facilitate internal communication, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support office visitors and staff.
  • Maintain attendance and employee welfare records, and support HR administrative tasks.
  • Process office expenses, consolidate financial documents, and coordinate with accounting partners and banks.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team on license renewals and government related submissions.
  • Act as onsite EHSS coordinator, ensuring safety compliance, supporting chemical registration, and assisting audits.
  • Provide administrative support to EHSS, IT, and cross-functional teams, including ad hoc projects.

Qualifications Required

  • At least fluent in two languages (mother tongue/Mandarin and English)
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of logistical processes
  • Basic chemical technical knowledge is a plus (not compulsory)
  • Related working experience in sales co-ordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Order processing system (SAP) experience is a plus (not compulsory)
  • Good organizational, communication skills
  • Accuracy, demonstrate a high sense of responsibility
