We are looking for a skilledCustomerServiceRepresentative to join our team, servicingUSANAsTaiwan-basedBrand Partners and customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues andprovidedsolutionsto their inquiries and needs. Asuccessful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company&aposs customer service policiesand be well-trained in product knowledge, which iscritical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative
- Assist customers in processing orders, applications, andregistrations
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Handling inbound call center and walk-in customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customersupport
- Perform other duties pertaining to the jobrequirements
Background And Skills You Will Need
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide patient and proactive customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette and coordination skills, particularly in handling inbound calls
- Familiarity with call center operating systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
What Will Make You Standout
- Previous customer service experience in the direct selling industry is highly preferred
