We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Mandarin Support) to join a Tabaco Production project based in Penang, Malaysia.
This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience who are willing to relocate to Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and support related to the travel application
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Proficient in Taiwanese (spoken and written)
- Basic English communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service experience is an advantage
- Willing to relocate to Penang, Malaysia
