Customer Service Representative – Taiwan Support

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Mandarin Support) to join a Tabaco Production project based in Penang, Malaysia.

This role is open to fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience who are willing to relocate to Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and support related to the travel application
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Proficient in Taiwanese (spoken and written)
• Basic English communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service experience is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree is a must
• Willing to relocate to Penang, Malaysia
