Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Taiwanese speakers to join our Customer Service team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Salary: RM 9,000/month

Vacancy: 1 position

Start Date: 16 November 2026

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days/week

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Communicate with customers through the required communication channels.
• Record and update customer information and case details accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Requirements

• Taiwanese speaker
• Good English communication skills
• Customer service / communication experience is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya, Malaysia
• Able to start on or before the stated start date
