Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to phone and email enquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Generate sales quotations.
• Process and follow up orders.
• Update price lists.
• Generate reports.
• Check inventory and ensure sufficient stocks are available.
• Follow up on delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders.
• Monitor incoming international and local shipments.
• Manage customer forecasts to plan inventory levels.
• Follow all documented corporate operating procedures.
• Assist with customer invoice submissions.
• Check payment status.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One.
