Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing
. Responsible for system-related work - SO entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.
. In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics.
. Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns).
. Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry.

What We Are Looking For
. Diploma or Degree in any fields.
. At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales administration or buyer role.
. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficient with Microsoft office software, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
. Customer-service oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
. Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
