Job Description

主要職責:

  • 透過電話、電子郵件、實時對話處理客戶有關會員平台查詢
  • 協助會員使用手機應用程式及兌換獎賞
  • 遵守所有監控和服務規定,確保熱線運作順暢

職位要求:

  • 無需相關經驗、歡迎轉職人士
  • 中五或以上程度
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
  • 良好的粵語、英語和普通話
  • 懂得中英文輸入法
  • 具備一年或以上處理客戶投訴經驗(零售、餐飲、酒店等行業) 可獲優先考慮

工作地點:美孚

工作時間:

  • 08:00-24:00(每星期5日、每日8.5小時加1小時食飯)
