Customer Service Executive

Job Description

You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone and emails for a Hong Kong Cultural District in a tactful and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
.Handle customers enquiries via telephone and emails for an art district
.Introduce Cultural District facilities
.No sales is required
.Perform shift duties within 09:00 - 21:00 including weekends and public holidays
.5-day work per week

Requirements:
. Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above
.Good interpersonal and communication skills
.Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
.Fresh Graduate will also be considered
.Working Location: Sheung Wan
