Job Summary

Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, invoicing, and coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate quotations to support sales processes
  • Process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and invoicing
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports to track order status and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to align order processing and delivery schedules
  • Manage communication flow to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while working proactively and independently
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player to support operational goals
